Joachim van Marrewijk

Challem (b. 1994) was born in the Netherlands, where he grew up with two mothers and an older brother. After years of obsessively studying piano, it began to dawn on him that there must be more to life. This search led him to Portugal and Spain where he was wowed by nature. As a result, he lives partially in the unknown mountains of northern Spain in the search for his own home. As a result, he composes his pieces on different pianos, in different countries, environments and moods.
